If there will be a power shortage, will the system need to be set up all over again?

No. Once the system is set up, everything will be saved on the cloud and on the gateway, so once the power will come back, the system will be back to normal. 

If the internet will disconnect, will the system need to be set up all over again?

No. Once the system is set up, everything will be saved on the cloud and on the gateway, so once the power will come back, the system will be back to normal.

If I switch internet provider or change my network (Router, AP, Modem…), will the system need to be set up all over again?

Not exactly. All of the parameters and configurations of the system  will be saved, but you will have to reconnect the gateway to the new internet.

Do I have to have a vacant LAN connection in order to use the system?

No. Our system can be connected to a WiFi network.

Can I control the system through a computer?

Not at this moment.

If my neighbor also has the Agile smart home system, can it interfere with mine?

No. Each system has its own gateway with its own account. Once installed and setup, devices cannot “talk” to a different gateway. You can even use more than 1 system in the same house, without interference.

Which devices can I control with the universal remote controller?

Mostly, any device that can be controlled with our universal remote controller, for example, most of the TV’s, air conditioning systems, receivers, cable boxes, fans, stereo systems and more.

Can I add non- smart home devices to the smart home system?

Depends. It really is a question of how does this device work? For example, a floor heating system can be electrical, or it can be with hot water. We suggest contacting us so we can find out together whether it is possible or not.

What is the security level of the system?

The system has a 128bit level of encryption, similar to what most bank systems use.

What is the range the devices can be placed?

The Z-Wave network range is approx. 30 meters.

Do I need to pay to download the application?

No. The application is free of charge on both Android and iOS devices, and you can install it as many times as you want.

Can I move the smart plug to another socket?

Yes, by all means, the smart plug can be transferred according to the customer’s request.

Can I create my own scenario?

Yes, the application is designed in such a way as to enable any user to develop further scenarios easily.

Does the installation of the Agile system affect the condition of the flat?

Our system is completely non-invasive, we do not drill, we do not bore, do not make holes in the walls, all devices are connected via a wireless communications protocol.

I would like a sensor to turn on the lights, does the Agile system allow such a solution?

Yes, all devices within the Agile system work together. Therefore, if the given lights are operated by the system, you can create a scenario that will enable the sensor to turn the lights on and off.
